Permanently Disconnect
If you require Permanent Disconnection, you will need to contact your Retailer and request Decommissioning or Permanent Disconnection of the service at your property.
Your Retailer will send Westpower and their Metering Equipment Provider (MEP) a service request for the decommissioning.
Westpower will arrange an Approved Contractor to permanently remove your supply, and the MEP will remove meters at the property.
